This handle is recommended for those of you who primarily intend to work with a single horse on the ground. We recommend the shorter handle because when hung by a strap from the hames of the horse, it doesn't hang as low as the longer handle, which decreases the chance for it to bump into the horse's "elbow". 

This price includes proper fitment and assembly. Prior to shipping, we shape the head of the handle for a perfect fit and assemble the handle with the skipper head so that it is ready to use upon delivery. This price also includes the added shipping cost.
